Early August 1291, the three forest cantons of Uri, Schwyz, and Unterwalden signed the Federal Charter of Switzerland. From this day on, the Alp Republic maintained its independent status. Besides snowy mountains and lush meadows, Switzerland is known for its more than 100 years of Absinthe tradition. With the end of Fée Verte prohibition in Switzerland in 2005, Swiss distillers could once again (legally) proove, that some of the finest Absinthe come from this historical region.

Suisse Verte is the green brother of the famous Suisse La Bleue. A blend of finest wormwood and 11 aromatic mountain herbs give this Absinthe the enchanted sensations of the Green Fairy.

Belle Époque
Belle Époque "the beautiful era" signifies a period in Europe's history that began during the late 19th century and lasted until 1914. It is considered as the golden time of beauty, peace and entertainment. Cabaret, the famous cancan, and cinema were born and often enjoyed with a glass of Absinthe.
|
|
In reference to this fabled era Absinthe Époque is distilled after a classic composition of 12 herbs, including wormwood, green anise, fennel and calamus, reflecting the authenticity of the Absinthe heritage.

Gold68
- In Absinthio Veritas
ALANDIAs Gold68 uses maximum wormwood for the strongest thujon concentration but skips anise to avoid a licorice flavour. Orange and citrus are present, which gives this Absinthe a very pleasant body, though very effective for a real experience.
If you are looking for the perfect, non-licorice Absinthe effect, this is your choice.

|
When water is added the golden elixir louches to an opalescent white. No artificial additives are used and the alcohol level is set at classic 68%. Maison ALANDIA
A Historical Dedication
This finest Absinthe is distilled with 16 different herbs, including artemisia absinthium, veronica, angelica, fennel, vanilla and coriander. Besides the complexity of the recipe, a strong focus is put on the process of distillation. Each step is hand crafted by a small family owned German distillery located in the Bavarian forest. Only 30 liter can be distilled in one batch and like in the old days wood is used to heat the alembic. Each distillation runs for 10 hours, allowing all the herbal tones to be set free. After distillation, additional herds are added to create Maison ALANDIAs poetical natural green color. The final product is matured for several weeks to develop its complex body and full character. One sip and you will taste why this Absinthe is something special: A Historical Dedication.

“Absinthe has a wonderful color, green. A glass of Absinthe is as poetical as anything in the world. What difference is there between a glass of Absinthe and a sunset?”

La Bleue
-
Clandestine l´Alcool de Vin
A superior production method for an Absinthe is the use of wine alcohol for distillation. It gives the final Absinthe a very balanced body with a slightly fruity note. La Bleue Clandestine l´Alcool de Vin is therefore a very interesting modification, especially designed for the advanced La Bleue Aficionado.

Gothica Essence of Darkness
This Absinthe is different. It doesn´t use a traditional recipe, it doesn´t claim to be made after grandfathers recipe and it does not want to be a French styled Absinthe. Why? Because it is a dedication to darkness and inspiration!
Essence-of-Darkness

Strong wormwood taste and merciless alcohol.

The name Barrique is normally related to the wine industry and means that the product matures for several months in oak barrels where it acquires a toasty and smokey taste in the final product. This method was also used for this Absinthe. The Absinthe itself is a typical Suisse La Bleue of the finest quality, the outcome after maturation is a totally different experience.
|
|
Absinthe Barrique is a delicacy and stands out when compared to normal absinthe. It has to be drank pure, served in a glass of a wider diameter like a Cognac glass. In combination with the oxygen the full flavor develops which gives Absinthe Barrique its characteristic note. Sit back, relax and enjoy this delightful experience.
