Jonathan Henson

Henson’s first food service job was as a dishwasher for a catering company on Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.  His break came when he filled in for a sick bartender. A few cocktails and much research later, Henson found he had a talent for making drinks and entertaining guests, and loved it.
