Jason "Buffalo" LoGrasso

Jason LoGrasso, known to many as Buffalo, became enchanted with San Francisco’s food and drink culture on a visit in 2006. Buffalo first cut his teeth behind the bar at CoCo 500, going on to help open Oakland's Flora, Beretta in San Francisco and Alembic. He currently barkeeps at Bourbon and Branch.
